Rape Advocacy, Counseling, & Education services is a rape crisis center serving Champaign, Douglas, Ford, and Piatt Counties in East-Central Illinois. We provide free, confidential services to anyone who has experienced sexual assault, abuse, or harassment and their non-offending loved ones. We also offer public education and training to schools, employers, and other organizations throughout our service area.
